SRINAGAR: Security forces today arrested a militant and recovered arms and ammunition in north Kashmir district of Bandipora, official sources said here.
They said on a tip-off, security forces conducted search operation at village Markandal, Hajan, in Bandipora district of north Kashmir.
A militant identified as Shahbaz Mir was arrested alongwith some arms and ammunition.
He was being questioned. (UNI)
