BHADERWAH: Former MP and MLA Sheikh Abdul Rehman Chief Patron Jammu and Kashmir Peace and Solidarity Forum and Senior Vice President Bharat Bangladesh Pakistan Peoples Forum All India Chapter lambasted the Coalition Government in the State for its failure on all fronts.Talking to reporters here today Sheikh Abdul Rehman said there is a visible contradiction in the policies and progammes among the coalition partners which has paralyzed the administration with the result the problems of the people have been compounded. He said by GST implementation in state PDP led government surrender state’s constitutional powers to the Centre and alleged that present central government has increased regional tension keeping in view the coming elections in center . He alleged that the Government is befooling the people on the name of visible development while there is rampant corruption and growing unemployment has led to the desperation among the youth. The Government has failed to initiate action against the corrupt Ministers and bureaucrats against whom cases have been registered in Vigilance Organization, he added.Sheikh Rehman said PDP led coalition is keeping its tradition of murdering democratic institutions like Panchayats, Local Bodies, municipalities, State Accountability Commission, RTI etc alive as Panchayats elections are not conducted till date .Referring to the performance of the present government he said BJP and PDP are busy in their communal and regional politics.He alleged that the BJP-PDP government had turned out to be a complete failure on all fronts.Most parts of Chenab valley were reeling under acute shortage of water, power, deteriorating roads and ration supply but the government had taken no effective steps to solve the problem, he said.He said authorities were not paying attention to these burning problems faced by the common man.He asked the people to remain united and did not fall prey to false promises of BJP and PDP.He alleged all the claims of development are fake and false as people are facing worst type of unprecedent power crisis despite the fact this district is contributing 900 MW electricity to the state .
