JAMMU: National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah and Working President Mr Omar Abdullah on Thursday expressed deep grief and shock over the tragic loss of human life in cloudburst at Thathri in Kishtwar district and conveyed their condolences to the bereaved families.
Dr Abdullah and Mr Omar Abdullah prayed for peace to the departed souls and wished speedy recovery to those injured in the natural calamity. They expressed solidarity with families who lost their dear ones in the tragedy and sought specialized treatment of all the injured.
National Conference Provincial President Mr Devender Singh Rana, MLC and former Minister Mr Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo, Mr Khalid Najeev Suharwardy Former Minister, Mr Qazi- Jalal – Ud –Din Vice President, Mr Brij Mohan Sharma Vice President and Mr Shamim Ahmad Bhat Block President Thathri have also expressed grief over the deaths. They conveyed their condolences to the bereaved families. They demanded immediate relief/ compensation to the bereaved families.
