6 policemen thrashed by Army soldiers in Kashmir, GoC 15 corps assures action
SRINAGAR: Six policemen, including an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI), were injured when Army soldiers allegedly thrashed them after being stopped at a check-post in central Kashmir district of Ganderbal.
Meanwhile, Director General of Police (DGP) S P Vaid has taken up the matter with General officer Commanding (GoC) 15 corps Lt General J S Sandhu, who has assured action against the accused personnel. (UNI)
