New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today congratulated Nitish Kumar and Sushil Kumar Modi for assuming charge as Bihar’s Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister respectively.
The PM expressed his desire to closely work with both for the development of Bihar.
In a tweet earlier today, the PM said, “Congratulations to @NitishKumar ji & @SushilModi ji.
Looking forward to working together for Bihar’s progress & prosperity.
” The crowning of Nitish kumar as Bihar CM followed breaking up of “Mahagathbandhan” or “Grand alliance” in the state in which the RJD and JD(U) parted ways and JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar resigned. (UNI)
