SRINAGAR: A Jammu and Kashmir Police Constable was shot at and wounded by militants in south Kashmir district of Kulgam, official sources said here today.
This is the second attack by militants on off-duty policeman in less than 48 hours in Kulgam district.
They said that militants barged into the house of Constable Saleem Yousuf Bhat at Yamrach in Kulgam and fired at him late last night. (UNI)
