SRINAGAR: A condolence meeting of Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) was held today at GMC Srinagar to mourn the sad demise of Dr Muneeb ul Bashir who breathed his last yesterday at his residence in Hashru Chadoora after a prolonged illness.
Expressing deep grief over the death, President DAK Dr Nisar ul Hassan conveyed his heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
Calling the death as irreparable loss, Dr Nisar said the medical fraternity lost a gem of a person in the demise of Dr Muneeb.
He was a sincere, dedicated and hardworking doctor and above all a great human being.
He had graduated from GMC Jammu and after completing his MD Medicine at SKIMS was working as a physician specialist in sub-district hospital Chadoora.
His death is a great loss to the medical fraternity and patients in particular who were under his treatment and follow-up.
He will be remembered and missed by all of us.
