Geelani blames forces declaring war against people in state
Srinagar: Syed Ali Geelani expressed grief over the loss of lives and properties across valley and while condemning the killing of two innocent youth Owais Ahmed & Mohammad Sayed and those injured, said that this genocide is being facilitated by state chief minister.
Commenting over the statement of India’s Home Minister Rajnath Singh wherein he has said that “they are working for permanent solution of Kashmir”, Geelani said that it proves our claim that Kashmiris are being prosecuted and under well thought out plane New Delhi is carrying genocide in state.
The graph of civil killing in Jammu Kashmir is increasing with every passing day after the threatening statements issued by several senior Indian officials, said Geelani and added that forces feel free and unaccountable for carrying unabated killings of innocent people.
In his statement, Geelani blamed New Delhi and said that its armed forces have declared war on people in state and expressed his deep grief and dismay over the silence maintained by international community.
Meanwhile Tehreek-e-Huriyat deputation led by Bashir Ahmad Qureshi, Mohammad Rafique Owaisi, Sajjad Ahmed, Abdul Ahad and Zahoor Ahmad Beigh visited grieved family in Nagum Chadora, and attended the funeral prayer of leading slain commander Mohammad Yasin Yatoo and on behalf of Syed Ali Geelani and Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai extended condolences message to his family.
