Ganderbal: The 71th Independence Day was celebrated at Ganderbal today with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. Where Health & Medical Education, Housing & Urban Development Minister, Asiya Naqash Chief Guest unfurls the Tricolor, SSP Ganderbal Fayaz Ahmad Lone ,DDC Ganderbal ,Dr Piyush Singhla MLA Ganderbal , Ishfaq Jabar, and all district sectoral Officers besides civil citizens attended the function.
Minister hoisted the tricolor and inspected the Parade and took salute to the March Past presented by the contingents of District Police, CRPF,SSB, Fire and Emergency Service and the School children.
The special verity programmes was presented by the students, where on the conclusion of the function, a Prize distribution ceremony was held, wherein awards were presented to the Schools for their best performance in March Pasts.
