Amit Shah welcomes Nitish’s entry in NDA
New Delhi: BJP president Amit Shah today welcomed the JD(U) for formally joining the NDA, saying this will usher in a new era of development and progress in Bihar.
‘I welcome the resolution passed by the JD(U) for joining the NDA,” Mr Shah tweeted shortly after the JD(U) national executive meet put its seal on the decision.
“This will not only strengthen the NDA but a new era of development and progress of Bihar will begin,” Mr Shah said.
The JD(U) formally joined the NDA and passed a resolution to this effect at its national executive meeting held in Patna.
With the entry of JD(U) in NDA, the possibility is high that it will join the NDA government at the Centre as well. (UNI)
