SRINAGAR: Former Jammu and Kashmir minister Ghulam Mohiddin Soffi passed away at a local hospital in Srinagar today after a prolonged illness.
Soffi was about 70.
He was admitted to S K Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) recently where he breathed his last this morning. (UNI)
