Srinagar: While it is part and parcel of a system that any project work that remains incomplete in one government is inaugurated by its successive government once its completion.
Former J&K chief minister and Working President of main Opposition party National Conference (NC),Thursday took a jibe at Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti for busy in inaugurating the projects that were started by him few years ago.
“To the victor go the spoils. @MehboobaMufti is busy inaugurating projects that I’d started a few years ago. Such is life,” Omar wrote on micro-blogging site twitter.
On a micro-blogging site Twitter, Omar said, “To the victor go the spoils. Mehbooba Mufti is busy inaugurating projects that I had started a few years ago. Such is life.
Omar was reacting to a tweet of a Twitter user who alleged that BJP had reduced governance to ‘tamasha’.
