Kulgam: the mysterious chopping of braids of women has reached of Kulgam district of Kashmir valley.
Reports said that a 14 year old girl noticed that her braid had been chopped off after she was doing work inside her home in malvan area of Kulgam district.
The incident happens in Malvan village of Kulgam district, where a braid of a girl identified as sanisa jan D/o Gh. Hassan shiekh R/O Malwan Kulgam was chopped off when she was doing some work inside her house
However this is the second case of mysterious braid chopping reported from malvan Kulgam after first was reported from Kokernag.
