Srinagar, Sept 21 : As many as 29 officers of Jammu and Kashmir police (Telecom) were promoted to next grade, a police spokesman said here this evening.
He said Director General of Police (DGP) Dr SP Vaid today issued promotion order in respect of 29 police officers of Telecom cadre.
Ten Sub-Inspectors have been promoted to the rank of Inspectors. The promotees are Zaffari Ali, Kulwant Singh, Satish Kumar, Kanaya Lal, Ashok Kumar, Nazir Ahmad, Rajinder Kumar, Vijay Kumar, Mohammad Sadiq and Abdul Rashid.
