Ganderbal: Police arrested a drug peddler in Ganderbal and seized charas from his possession.
Continuing its strong action against the drug menace by Ganderbal Police, in a specific tip off today in wee hours, police party Shadipora under the supervision of DySP Ops Ganderbal apprehended a drug peddler in police jurisdiction Shadipora who was identified as Irshad Ahmad Bhat son of Sonna-Ullah Bhat resident of Kharbagh Batwina, and seized 400 grms of charas in pure from 6.5 Kg of dried Bhung from his possession, police said.
Ganderbal Police has registered a case in this regard and investigation was set into motion.
