New Delhi, Dec 1 : Supreme Court judge, Justice Uday Umesh Lalit, on Friday recused himself from hearing the Pradyuman Thakur murder case.
The father of the victim had moved the apex court seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the Pinto family by the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
December 4, Monday, was set for the next hearing.
