Srinagar, Dec 9 ; Lone CPI(M) MLA Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami on Saturday asked the state government to desist from using force against people demonstrating against US decision to declare Jerusalem as capital of Israel and to shift the American Embassy there from Tel Aviv.
‘The protests against Trump administration decision are but natural as it has hurt the sentiments of people across the world. People across the world are protesting against this unjust decision. The J&K government must not use force against the protesters as emotions are very high here, and it doesn’t take much to kick things off,” Mr Tarigami said here.
