Srinagar, Dec 11 : Three foreign militants were killed by security forces in an encounter on Monday morning in the frontier district of Kupwara, official sources said.
They said on a tip off about the presence of some militants Army, Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police and paramilitary forces launched a joint search operation at Unsoo, Handwara, in north Kashmir district of Kupwara in the wee hours.
