Cold wave continues in Jammu; air, train services remain affected
Jammu, Dec 15: The cold wave on Friday gripped fog hit winter capital of the state on second consecutive day while air and train services remained affected due to poor visibility.
The blanket of fog early morning gripped Jammu and its peripheries thus further dipping the day temperature.
Vehicles moved at snail’s pace due to fog.
Children braving chill were also seen going to school and parents have appealed to the state government to announce winter vacations in view of harsh weather conditions.
Meanwhile, air service at Jammu airport was also hit by the fog.
