Srinagar, Dec 20: Srinagar police has arrested four drug peddlers and recovered huge amount of contraband substances from their possession.
A police party of Police Station Batamaloo apprehended four persons namely Ajaz Ahmad Khan resident of Diyarwani Batamaloo, Yasir Ahmad Pindoo resident of Firdous Abad Batamaloo, Abid Shakeel Mir resident of Dal Hassan Yaar Habbakadal and Majeed Iqbal Khan resident of Baran Pather Batamaloo Srinagar at present Sebdan Budgam. 1215 bottles of codeine phosphate was recovered from their possession. Srinagar police has registered a case and investigation was taken up.
