Rail service suspended in south Kashmir for security reasons
Srinagar, Jan 25 : Train service has been suspended on Thursday for security reasons in south Kashmir, where two Hizbul Mujahideen militants were killed in an encounter with security forces in Shopian on Wednesday.
A youth was also killed and two women injured in alleged security force firing during demonstrations near the encounter site.
‘We have suspended all train runs in south Kashmir for security reasons today,’ a senior railway official old UNI.
