Srinagar, Feb 12 : The Srinagar-Jammu national highway, connecting the Kashmir valley with the rest of the country, has been closed on Monday following fresh snowfall and slippery road conditions, a traffic police official said.
‘We have suspended traffic on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway following fresh snowfall at Qazigund and Jawahar tunnel,’ he told UNI.
He said it was still snowing at Jawhar tunnel, Shaitan Nallah and Qazigund.
