New Delhi, May 2:Delhi police has arrested five people, who were allegedly involved in the double murder and Rs 12 lakh cash van heist in Narela.
According to police, Bharat Bhushan alias Toni, involved in the crime, was arrested after a brief shootout on Wednesday morning.
His other associates were arrested on Tuesday, the police said.
Toni was intercepted by the Special Cell team near Bawana. He was carrying a pistol, which he used to fire upon the police team.
Many other cases of similar nature have also been worked out, while robbed cash and arms used for the crime were also recovered from their possession, the police said.
Further investigation was underway, the police said.(UNI)
