Srinagar: Brother of a slain Hizb militant arrested in connection with the murder of a man in south Kashmir’s Shopian last week, has escaped from a police station on Tuesday night sending cops in a tizzy.
Suhail Ahmad Wani of Heff Shopian who was detained with two other men last week, escaped from Police Station Zainpora on Tuesday night, SDPO Zainpora, Wajahat Ahmad told Local Media Wednesday.
Wani is brother of a slain Hizb militant Nasir Wani. Two other youth detained by cops over the killing of man included Hizb militant Saddam Padder’s brother.
