Kulgam, Aug 1, : Unknown gunmen on Wednesday barged inside a bank branch in Qaimoh area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district and looted over six lakh rupees.
Reports said that gunmen entered into the SBI Branch Qaimoh and looted over six lakh rupees. An official said that more than six gunmen looted the cash from the bank.
Later, the gunmen fired few rounds in the air and fled from the bank.
CCTV footage of the incident that has gone viral shows a couple of gunmen intimidating the bank customers.
A police official said that a case has been registered and efforts are on to nab the robbers. (CNS)
