Srinagar The state police on Friday said that they are ascertaining the facts about the abduction of family members of policemen by militants and denied any high alert has been sounded in Kashmir.
The investigations have been taken up following the reports about the abduction of family members of cops, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Range, Swayam Prakash Pani told.
“The facts are being ascertaining in this regard and added that no high alert was sounded by the authorities”, IGP added.
