Sunil Dimple has welcomed the SC Supreme court decision to deferred the hearing of Article 35_A deferred till 19 January 2019. He said no power on earth can abrogate article 370 & 35-A.
He said neither prime minster Narinder Modi, Amit Shaha and even central Govt. The BJP can only befool and mislead the innocent people of the state and nation.
Sunil Dimple said now BJP Stands totally exposed on Article 35 -A , 370, Its character also exposed by its Women leader Oriya jaral and with the childish Amateur statement of state BJP President Ravinder Raina that Governor Satya Pal Malik is BJP Man.
Sunil Dimple has strongly criticized and condemned the BJP president Ravinder Raina amatuer and childish Statement that Governor Satya pal Malik is BJP Man.
He said this statement of BJP has sent shock, distrust wave among the people of the state and people have lost faith on the governor Sat pal malik and governor house.
Dimple reciprocating this statement of BJP, said the BJP is misusing the Governor House and has imposed weak Governor rule in the state by no dissolution of the assembly and have done murder of the democracy and governor rule.
Dimple appealed to Umar Abdulla NC and Mahbooba Mufti of PDP. That both national conference and people Democratic party should form their coalition govt in the state to stop the horse trading of BJP and to stop the misuse of the Jammu people mandate by BJP and to start the political process, halted development of the state and the uncertainty, chaos prevailing in the state.
He appealed Umar Abdulla and Mahbooba Mufti that if BJP can break the MLAs by horse trading, luring the NC, PDP, Congress MLAs of ministerial births.
He said if BJP can create uncertainty, instability in the state by keeping space for the horse trading and can keep the state on fire on abrogation of article 35-a and 370.
Dimple said if BJP can extend the invitation of dialogue to Huriyat, separatists’ leaders and Pakistan for INDO-PAK talks. Than my advice to NC, PDP is that there is no harm in forming the NC, PDP coalition govt in the state.
Sunil Dimple has demanded the Governor to dissolve the defunct assembly, legislative council, stop their salaries, CDF Funds as these are unnecessary burden on the public exchequer when the governor rule has been declared in the state.
He strongly criticized the statement of governor Satya Pal Malik that he is ready for talks to everyone and is ready to go at door step if any one feels uncomfortable to come to him.
Dimple said it was indirect invitation on the direction of the PM and HM extended by the Governor Malik to huriyat conference, separatists leaders and Pakistan for the dialogue at time when the separatist huriyat leaders are demanding freedom and Pakistan has started full-fledged war in the Jammu Kashmir state.
He opposed talks and dialogue with the Pakistan and separatists huriyat leaders. Dimple demanded governor to hand over the jammu Kashmir state to army give free hand and issue the shoot at site order for the stone palters, militants.
He said all the political parties of the state NC, Congress, PDP has clearly refused to form the govt except the BJP which is still playing a foul play in the state, by keeping the assembly in standing animation with the ulterior motives and enjoying free salaries without jobs.
Dimple alleged that the BJP is misusing the Governor house and office of the Governor NN Vohra . He termed this imposition of Governor Rule is a political drama and a mockery of the democracy and murder of the governor rule.
He said there seems a BJP foul play and a half done work of the Prime Minister Narinder Modi, home minister and BJP president Amit shaha and they still have left window open for the horse trading and for back door entry in the assembly by misleading, be fooling the innocent people of the state.
Dimple demanded the governor for the immediate dissolution of the assembly and the legislative council as what is the need of assembly and council, when the governor rule have been announced imposed in the state.
He demanded the governor to stop the salaries and CDF funds of the MLAs, MLCs and the board chairmen, why they have made burden in the public exchequer when the Governor Rule has been imposed in the state.
Dimple demanded the Governor to declare the state holiday on the birth anniversary of mahraja Harisingh ji, scraping of tribal policy demography change ordnance, deportation of the Rohangias Bangla deshies from the Jammu region and to issue the directives for this.
He appealed the people not to get misled by BJP as their intentions are not clear and this governor rule is just and eye wash to befool and mislead the innocent people of jammu kashmir and ladakh regions.
Dimple said the BJP for its political milage on article 35-A and 370 has created disturbances chaos, polarizing people of the state and dividing the people on communal, relgious and regional lines and is tarnishing the identity of the jammu kashmir state.
Sunil Dimple alleged the BJP should apologize for character assassination im party of party women as alleged by the BJP women leader Priya Jaral expelling her of the party without any inquiry of her allegations.
