Srinagar: Sajad Lone led Peoples Conference has swept the Handwara municipal committee elections winning all the 13 wards.
Officials said that all the PC candidates were declared on Saturday after the counting for the polls began at 8 am today.
The voting for the MC concluded on 13 October.
