JeM claims sniper attack on CRPF camp in Tral

Srinagar, Oct 25:  Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) has claimed to have attacked an army camp in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on the intervening night of Wednesday and Thursday.

The militant outfit in a statement issued to GNS said the sniper attack on CRPF’s 180 Bn at Batagund, Tral was carried to avenge the killing of Kulgam “martyrs”.

One CRPF personnel died on the spot, JeM claimed, adding, “The mujahideen have reached to their safe destinations.” (GNS)
