Srinagar, Nov 01 Central Governments special representative for Jammu and Kashmir Dineshwar Sharma is scheduled to visit Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
According to the Reports, the district administration Kupwara has put in place tight security arrangements for the visit of Dineshwar Sharma.
During his visit Sharma is likely to meet various delegations from different walks of public life.
