Srinagar, Nov 04: Though light to moderate snowfall from Nov 1-3 was predicted a month ago but the power development department and departments did nothing to be in a state of preparedness to meet any expected eventuality.
According to Reports, people from almost all parts of Kashmir valley including Srinagar are upset due to power outage. power remaining snapped for more than 22 hours with PDD officials invisible in ground for restoration of services. Ironically the snow clearance machines were seen off the roads.
