Srinagar, Nov 07: Hurriyat Conference (M) chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said that killers of an Engineering student, Gowhar Nazir are roaming freely as even the charge sheet was not produced in the court.
Mirwaiz said that it is the third anniversary of Gowhar today and the reports about magisterial inquiry ordered into his killing was not made public.
He said that the killers of Gowhar are roaming freely to continue their killing spree, saying “this is the tragedy of Kashmir.”
The 3rd death anniversary of engineering student shaheed Gowher Nazir Dar shot at from the point blank range by the forces. Although a Magisterial inquiry was ordered but as always its report never made public, nor did the Police after registering an FIR produce the charge sheet in the court. Thus the killers are roaming free to continue their killing spree This is the tragedy of Kashmir
