Fuel prices at lowest in 8 months; petrol costs below Rs 74

New Delhi, Nov 28: Fuel prices on Wednesday have come down below Rs 74 mark for the first time in eight months with a rate cut of 50 paise per litre.
In the national capital, petrol is retailing at Rs 73.57 p/l while in Mumbai it costs Rs. 79.12, in Chennai it is selling at Rs 76.35 a litre.
In Kolkata and Bengaluru, petrol costs Rs 75.57 p/l and 74.15 per litre.
Similarly, diesel prices also have been slashed and has come down below Rs 70 mark in Delhi as it is selling at Rs 68.49 a litre.
In Mumbai, diesel is costing Rs 71.71 per litre.While in Chennai it is Rs 72.34 a litre, in Kolkata diesel is costing Rs 70.34 p/l and Rs 68.85 per litre in Bengaluru.
