On the basis of the results of the Jammu & Kashmir Combined Competitive (Mains)
Examination, 2016, held by the J&K Public Service Commission from
2nd July, 2018 to 8th August, 2018, the candidates with Roll Numbers as per Annexure-A to
this notification have qualified for Personality Test for selection to the J&K Combined
Competitive Services i.e. Junior Scale of J&K Administrative Service, J&K Police(G) Service
and J&K Accounts (G) Service.
Candidature of these candidates is provisional subject to their being found eligible in all
respects. The candidates will be required to produce the original certificates in support of their
claims pertaining to age, educational qualifications, category and disability, if any, etc. at the
time of their Personality Test. They are, therefore, advised to keep the said documents ready
with them.
Personality Test of these candidates shall commence from 20th December, 2018.
Personality Tests will be held in the Office of the J&K Public Service Commission at Resham
Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu. The e-Summon Letter of Personality Test of candidates
being called for Interview may be downloaded from the Commission’s Website
http://www.jkpsc.nic.in from 10
th December, 2018. The candidates who are not able to
download e-Summon Letter for Personality Test, should immediately contact the office of the
Commission on Phone Nos. 0194-2310625 or 9419132106, 9419505025, 9419720902. No
paper Summon Letters will be issued for the Personality Test/Interview by the Commission.
The date and time of Personality Test will not be intimated to the qualified candidates
individually.
No request for change in the date and time of the Personality Test intimated to the
candidates will be entertained.
At the time of filling up of Detailed Application Form (DAF), all the particulars were
not obtained from the candidates qualified for Jammu & Kashmir Combined Competitive
(Mains) Examination, 2016. Accordingly, all the candidates, who have qualified for
Personality Test (Interview), are requested to fill up the Addendum to DAF, forming
Annexure-B to this notification which shall be uploaded seperately, and submit the same at
J&K Public Service Commission office at Jammu/ Camp Office Srinagar by or before

12.12.2018, in person, to the Deputy/ Assistant Controller of the Examinations who are hereby
designated as the Nodal Officers for the purpose.
No request for any type of change/modification of information already supplied in DAF
would be entertained by the Commission.
The marks sheets of all the candidates who appeared in the J&K Combined
Competitive (Mains) Examination, 2016, will be put on the Commission’s Website i.e.
www.jkpsc.nic.in within one month from the date of publication of the final result and will
remain available on the Website for a period of 30 days.
This is subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending disposal before
Court(s) of Law.
