Shocking Video | Bugglers strike mosque damaged windows, people staged protest in Sopore

Watergam : In a shocking incident a group of unknown persons most probably Bugglers on Thursday night strike a local mosque in North Kashmir’s Sopore village and damaged windows and other things.

Reports reaching KD said that a local mosque at Mazarigund area of Sopore was damaged by unknown persons during Thursday night, reports said that many things including windows were damaged after group of unknown persons had entered inside mosque during night.

Reports said that soon after this news spread in the area earlier this day, scores of people including women came out to register their protest against this inhuman act.

The protestors blocked Watergam_Sopore road which haults the traffic movement in the area.

The protest in the area was on when last reports came in.

Meanwhile senior police official told Kashmir Despatch that no complaint has been received regarding the incident yet, he however said that a team of police will be send to the area to investigate the matter. (KD)
