DFP anguished over Pulwama civilian killings
Srinagar, Dec 15: Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) has expressed deep shock and anguish over the fresh civilian killings at the hands of government forces in south Kashmir’s Pulwama.
The JKDFP Spokesperson in a statement issued to KNS that “men in uniform have been set free to kill and injure whoever tries to raise voice against the ongoing state terrorism.”
The Spokesperson expressed sorrow over the cold blooded massacre of seven unarmed civilians. “Seven persons were killed by government forces in Kharepora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama. Killing unarmed civilians has become a norm in the disputed region and this all is done by a country which claims to be the largest democracy. The irony is that nobody in the world raises any questions against India about its atrocities in Kashmir,” he said.
The spokesperson paid tributes to the slain civilians of Kharepora, Pulwama, saying “the brave hearts continuously lay down their lives to achieve a great cause.”
He pledged to take the cause of freedom forward at any cost. The spokesperson prayed for speedy recovery of those injured by government forces in Kharepora, Sirnoo and adjoining areas.
Meanwhile, the JKDFP spokesperson paid tributes to Shams-ul-Haq on his anniversary. He said that Shams-ul-Haq was a scholar and a brave soldier who fought against the evil throughout his life and finally sacrificed it for the same cause.
