Amid developmental thrust in JK, G H Mir demands employment for Engineers
Srinagar, Dec 21: Democratic Party Nationalist (DPN) president and former minister Ghulam Hassan Mir on Friday said that there is no activity regarding the employment thrust for unemployed engineers at a time when the Governor led administration and central government claimed to have released crores of rupees for the development thrust in Jammu and Kashmir.
Mir in a statement issued to KNS said that the government should take steps also to employ the engineers who are unemployed at a time when the crores of rupees as per the governments has been released for the development of the State.
He said that the government must take steps for the human resources development as well so that unemployed engineers would also heave a sigh of relief.
Meanwhile, Mir expressed grief over the demise of Editor-in-Chief of Daily Uqaab, Manzoor Anjum’s mother, praying for the eternal peace to the departed soul.
He also extended condolence with the bereaved family and prayed for their courage to bear this irreparable loss.
