Hospitality and Protocol employees to go on pen-down strike from 31 Dec
Srinagar: The employees of Hospitality and Protocol Department on Thursday went on pen down strike against their issues which are not being addressed by government, a press release issued here said.
According to Letter No: H&P Union 712/2018 Dated: 20-12-2018 we the employees of Hospitality and Protocol Department want to draw your kind attention towards the points mentioned below:-
The DPC of Employees is pending from last so many year with result the vigilance clearance certificate received against the same has got expired.
Salary of Casual Laborers is pending from last so many months with the result the C/L along with their families are suffering a lot. A part from that Uniform and stitching charges may also be issued in favour of C/L as they have to face lot of inconvenience during Outdoor parties & in house duties both.
Recruitment rules a long pending issue may kindly be framed on urgent basis.
The grade pay of employees may kindly be done & carried out as per the tourism department employees.
2 ½ days file in favour of pending category employees of the department may kindly be released without any further delay.
The APR’s of employees may kindly be got signed on due time and accepting authority may kindly be changed for signing the APRs of past years as the Ex-Director of the department totally refuses to sign the APRS of his tenure with the result the employees have to face lot of inconvenience.
Your good self is requested to look in the matter and do some needful action on urgent basis on the above mentioned points otherwise the whole staff deployed for duties at different Houses will go for strike from 31st December 2018 onwards.
