Shun gun culture, join mainstream: Bhim appeals to youth
Jammu, Dec 29 Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party Supremo Prof Bhim Singh on Saturday appealed to the gun wielding youth to deposit the lethal weapons in respective Police Stations and join the mainstream for reconstruction and prosperity of the state.
“Bullets from all sides have only resulted in death and destruction and nothing else,” Prof Singh here told reporters.
He pleaded with the President of India to constitute an Advisory Committee for Jammu and Kashmir to deal with the circumstances and situation during the President’s Rule with new approach and new working order.
He also urged to the President of India to ensure that justice is done to all the presidents of the State residing in all the three regions, namely Ladakh, Kashmir Valley and Jammu Pradesh.
He said that fresh approach should be initiated with the fresh thinking in order to involve people particularly the youth towards progress and development through construction and not destruction.
