Tral: Three army soldiers were wounded in an ongoing gunfight with the militants in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday, police said.
ADGP, Law and Order, Muneer Khan told agencies that three soldiers were wounded in the gunfight that broke out today morning in Gulshanpora forests
Reports said that the soldiers were wounded in the initial exchange of fire with the militants. They were rushed to a hospital for treatment, they said.
Khan said the operation is going on. “So far no body has been recovered,” he said.
Three militants are believed to be trapped in the area.
