DySP Mohmad Shafi pays Rich tributes to Abdul Rehman Bhat (Lala Shab) on his 5th Death Anniversary

Srinager 16 january (PR):Haji Ab Rehman Bhat popularly known as “Lala”,was a great human being who kept serving humanity through his various endeavours throughout his life. He owned a book shop at Handwara and kept helping students to strive for excellence for ages for which students and parents of District Kupwara shall remain highly indebted ever since. He alongwith his sons started a cyclostyle newspaper and kept highlighting issues related to human sufferings all through. That cyclostyled newspaper grew manifolds and is nowadays known as ” Daily Tameel e Irshad along with a 24×7 running news agency “Kashmir Press Service ” (KPS). Also one local English newspaper “Kashmir Age” was also started by this successful team.
Lala was a down to earth person and was a die hard type person who survived through out all odds of the time and competition. He loved children a lot. He never ventured into any controversy, although usually flourishing persons remain surrounded with controversies but lala was an exception. May Allah grant him highest place in Jannah. Aameen
