Srinagar : Dozens of dental graduates on Friday held a protest at press colony demanding advertisement of jobs for their profession.
The BDS graduates assembled at press colony amid slogans saying that no job was advertised in dental field from past 10 years.
“We are jobless after doing BDS here in Kashmir and outside state”, said one of the graduate told Valley Media Service.
“All other posts in medical department are advertised on regular intervals but when it comes to our jobs, government is playing mute and deaf” he said.
The aggrieved said that they don’t want to come on streets but government has left them with no choice.
“We will intensify our protest if government did not take measures to provide us with jobs which is our right”, the protesting BDS graduates said.(VMS)
