Shimla, Jan 22 Himachal Pradesh’s prominent tourist spots Shimla, Manali, Kufri, Narkanda and Dalhousie woke up to a blanket of fresh snow on Tuesday, turning the hill stations more picturesque.
The higher reaches have been recording snowfall since Monday night, while rain and thunderstorm lashed downstream areas, ending the dry spell.
Snowfall was also recorded in Mashobra, Fagu, Theog, Kharapather and Khirki, disrupting vehicular traffic in the area, weather office said.
