Srinagar: A book launch of BE THE CEO YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO MARRY” authored by Insha S Qazi was held on 8th February 2018 at the Amphitheater of Cyber Hub Gurgaon with garnered an impressive audience of over 400 people including kashmiri and non Kashmiri’s mostly from the corporate sector, scholars and students.
It happened to be the first self help book on marketing and leadership written by a Kashmiri which is now world wide available on kindle, amazon, flipkart , good reads and major book stores. The book reached to top shelves in one week by the amazing response from students.
On the book release  Harvinder Ahuja former editor The financial Express said that “ this book is providing a step to step approach to living with greater courage and helps in foundation of self leadership and entrepreneurship for women.
The Cheif Guest on the occasion was the Nobel Peace Prize Nominee and Chairperson SSM College Of Engineering & Technology  Mrs Dilafrose Qazi who mentioned the importance of financial empowerment for women and said this is the only way a women can make a major difference in her life and in the lives of her family and congratulated the author for the remarkable success of the book.
According to Insha S Qazi she feels that too many women pay the sad price of mediocrity and giving up their work and career to forego the beautiful rewards of being a financially independent leader. She draws her inspiration from hearty interactions with women from all walks of life and firmly believes in chasing your dreams irrespective of your marital status.
She quoted “ Marry your career before your love, Love Can Wait!
The occasion was filled with leading academicians and young social media influencers.
The women spoke about the modern age work related issues and pressure of patriarchal society that limits women more to household responsibilities and the outdated and demeaning attitude that perceives women as something of a lesser to a man.
The book reading was followed by a spectacular display of art by internationally renowned painter Mrs Anjuna Kuthalia who is also a former Femina Miss India. She praised the book for its practicality and focus on helping readers master the art of leadership and said that this book will definitely help women and students to overcome common hindrances and achieve greater heights.
