Baramulla, Feb 12 Jammu and Kashmir police promoted 48 Head Constables (HC) and Selection Grade Constables (SgCt) to next grade in this north Kashmir, a police spokesman said here on Tuesday.
He said Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting was held at Norther Kashmir Range Police
Headquarter and discussed promotion cases of different police personnel.
