Srinagar, Mar 09 : In view of blocking advertisements to Greater Kashmir and Kashmir Reader, the Kashmir Editors Guild (KEG) is going to stage a protest on Sunday at 01:00 pm to protest against the move.
“KEG is going to organize a protest at Press Club at 1 PM tomorrow (Sunday),” a statement issued to KPS reads.
KEG has also decided to bring out tomorrow’s newspapers with a strong protest message.
“All the newspapers will be printed as blank on front page as a mark of protest against the government’s move to scuttle the media in Kashmir. All friends are invited to cover the event and participate in the protest at Press Club at 1 PM,” the statement added.
