Srinagar, Mar 09 : The electricity charges for month of February will be rebated for the residents of Karnah as the power supply remained suspended throughout the month. It’s seen as a welcome step the administration should follow at the state level during electricity breakdown.
“The electricity tariff for the month of February this year will be rebated as the power supply suspended to mostly villages of Karnah Tehsil since a month due to heavy snowfall,” Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) Power Development Department (PDD) said while talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS).
He said let it be clear the power supply to Karnah suspended over a month as 33KV Line was damaged at Sadhna top due to heavy snowfall and yet to be restored. (KNS)
