Srinagar, March 14: A National Conference activist was injured critically after shot at by unknown gunmen at Bejbhera in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday.
Reports reaching GNS said that the National conference activist Mohd Ismail Wani Resident of Bopatyar Bijebhara was fired upon by the gunmen in Bejbhera.
A police officer while confirming it said that the injured was taken to nearby hospital for treatment.
Medical superintendent Bejbhera Sub District hospital DR Showkat Ahmad said that Ismail has bullet wound in his chest and was referred to SMHS in critical conditions.(GNS)
