Kashmir High Court Bar Association Strongly Condemns Christchurch Mosque Attack

Srinagar: J&K High Court Bar Association, Srinagar, strongly condemns the terrorist attack on two mosques in Christchurch New Zealand, in which 49 worshippers were killed and dozens others were injured and the ghastly act was filmed by the murderer using a go-pro and live streamed across the world to terrorize and frighten the Muslims all over the world and while ascribing the same to the disunity and internal in fighting amongst the Muslims, also describes the same as an organized and sinister design of multinational terrorist organizations to throttle the fast spreading peaceful and real message of Islam, in which they are actively aided and assisted by all those, who are inimical to Islam and Muslims.

The Bar Association also requests all the Muslims of the World to unite at this crucial juncture and besides showing sympathy and solidarity with those, who are the targets of such heinous crimes help the victims of such barbaric acts in whatever way possible.

The Bar Association requests the Organization of Islamic Conference to call an urgent meeting of all Islamic Countries and while taking stock of situation, find out ways and means to ensure safety and security of the onslaught unleashed on them by barbaric and communal forces.
