SAPS students stages protest in Tral, demand justice for Rizwan’s ‘custodial killing’

Tral: Students of Sabir Abdullah Public School (SAPS) in Tral, on Friday staged a protest demonstration against the alleged ‘custodial killing’ of Rizwan Assad, a school ‘principal’ at Sabir Abdullah Public school, in Awantipora branch.

The students accompanied by teaching staff, took out a protest rally from the school ground to bus stand area of Tral, and were chanting slogans in favour of Rizwan Assad Pandith.

Carrying placards and banners in their hands, they were demanding ‘justice’ in his “custodial death”

Chanting slogans of “Justice for Rizwan” & “Rizwan hum sharminda hai tere qaatil zinda hain” the protesting students later reached back the school campus peacefully.

Meanwhile, the teachers and students have said that, “Rizwan was one of the great teachers in their school at Awantipora branch, who was very helpful and cooperative for his students & colleagues”
